  By adopting "embedded", "order-based" and "targeted" training, Gansu has established a training and employment integration mechanism of "training institutions + labor agencies + employment enterprises" to promote high-quality employment for poverty-stricken labor, and also promote entrepreneurship training "Ma Lanhua Program" ", to carry out subsidized entrepreneurship training for key groups such as children from poverty-stricken families and labor from poverty to enhance the employment and entrepreneurship capabilities of those who have been poverty-stricken.

  It is reported that Gansu has established a docking mechanism with 16 major labor importing provinces.

As of the end of August this year, Gansu had transferred 5.243 million surplus labors from urban and rural areas, and created a labor income of 100.01 billion yuan, an increase of 0.2% and 10.5% respectively over the same period last year.

  On this basis, Gansu has strengthened its labor brand training, and is committed to creating "upgraded versions" of labor brands such as "Lanzhou Ramen Master", "Longyuan Girl", "Longyuan Qiaoshou", etc., to promote sales and transfer, stabilize jobs, and occupy the market with brands.
