The country's heavy equipment escorted the journey to the sea of stars

  China's manned spaceflight——

The stage is bigger and more confident

  Our reporter Liu Yao

China’s manned spaceflight is about to usher in another grand event—Recently, at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, the Shenzhou 13 ship-and-arrow combination has been transferred to the launch area. It is planned to launch the launch at an opportunity in the near future. The core module of the Chinese space station will welcome new visitors. .

At the 13th China International Aerospace Expo held a few days ago, the heavy vehicles and new technologies of China's manned space project were unveiled, which outlines the outstanding exploration and bright prospects of Chinese astronauts going to the sea of stars and constantly climbing the peaks.

The new generation of manned spacecraft continues to explore

China's new generation of manned spacecraft has attracted much attention.

If the Shenzhou spacecraft in active service solves the problem of smoothly entering space and returning to the ground safely, then the new generation of spacecraft solves the problem of how to enter space more comfortably, intelligently, and economically, and to carry out further deep space exploration.

As a new generation of space-to-earth transport aircraft for future development of manned lunar exploration and other mission requirements, China's new generation of manned spacecraft is compatible with manned lunar exploration and near-Earth space station missions through modular design, with high safety, high reliability, and modularity. , Multi-tasking and other characteristics, greatly improving the ability of carrying people and goods to and from the world.

During the air show, a new generation of manned spacecraft's return cabin and recovery landing system was stunningly unveiled.

In May last year, the return module of the new generation manned spacecraft test ship developed by the Fifth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation successfully landed in the predetermined area, marking the complete success of the flight test mission of the test ship.

According to reports, the new-generation manned spacecraft test ship has a launch weight of 21.6 tons, which is twice as heavier than the Shenzhou spacecraft, and its volume is also significantly increased. It is China’s currently launched spacecraft with the largest amount of propellant refueling and the largest scale of return and reentry. Device.

In order to allow the return module and the astronauts to land and return to the earth safely, the recovery and landing function of the new generation of manned spacecraft test ship adopts a new design concept, with strong deceleration power and gentle load control.

How to achieve air deceleration and landing buffer?

The recovery landing system composed of 3 red and white parachutes and 6 large cushion airbags is indispensable.

The recovery of the new generation manned spacecraft test ship adopts a group parachute system for air deceleration, which can reduce the speed of the super-high-speed flight return capsule to the driving speed of ordinary cars in the urban area in a very short time, ensuring the overload and attitude rotation of the astronauts Feel good.

At the same time, six large-scale cushion airbags installed at the bottom of the spacecraft are used for landing cushioning. Compared with the cushioning method adopted by the Shenzhou spacecraft, the performance of the cushioning airbags is better in terms of safety and adaptability to large loads.

It can escort astronauts to and from the Chinese space station, which is nearly 400 kilometers away from the earth, and can complete manned moon landings of 380,000 kilometers or even further planetary explorations. With the continuous exploration of a new generation of manned spacecraft, China manned people Aerospace will also embark on a new journey towards a larger universe.

The new generation of launch vehicle has stronger performance

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Long March 5 and other new-generation carrier rockets have successfully flew for the first time, and China's ability to enter space has greatly increased.

At the same time, facing manned moon landings and more exploration missions in the future, China must develop more powerful rockets.

During the air show, a new generation of manned launch vehicles, heavy launch vehicles, Long March 5B, Long March 7 and Long March 2F launch vehicles, and other 10 types of launch vehicles were collectively unveiled.

Among them, the new generation of manned carrier rockets are highly anticipated.

According to the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation First Research Institute, according to the plan, the new generation of manned rocket is composed of booster, core first, core second, core third, escape tower and fairing, with a total length of about 90 meters. With a take-off weight of about 2,000 tons, it can send a 25-ton payload directly into the lunar orbit, or send a 70-ton payload into the low-Earth orbit.

The diameter of the new generation manned rocket is the same as that of the Long March 5, and its height is nearly 1/3 higher than that of the Long March 5. The low-Earth orbit carrying capacity is about three times that of the Long March 5 rocket.

Liu Bing, deputy director designer of the General Design Department of the First Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, introduced that the new generation of manned launch vehicles will inherit the design standards and design genes of the Long March 2 F rocket's high reliability and safety. A series of technological breakthroughs have been carried out in areas such as detection and automated flight.

In the future, it will support larger tonnage spacecraft to enter space, making it easier, faster, more comfortable and safer for astronauts to enter space.

Liu Bing said that the new generation of manned carrier rockets has increased the low-orbit capability of my country’s rockets from 25 tons to more than 70 tons through optimized combination. System, greatly enhance my country's ability to enter and exit space.

At present, the new generation of manned carrier rocket is still in the development stage, and has not yet shown its true appearance to the public.

Next, the new generation of manned rockets will also be used in future manned lunar exploration projects in demonstrations and missions such as circling the moon, orbiting the moon, landing on the moon, etc., quickly promoting the major improvement and leaping of China's launch vehicle technology and space access capabilities.

In the future, it can also be used in combination with heavy launch vehicles to establish a lunar base, realize the sustainable development and utilization of the moon, and build an aerospace power in an all-round way.

The space station builds a good theater connection

This year and the next two years, the China Space Station has built a good theater connection.

At the air show, the space station assembly 3D display product developed by the Fifth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation was publicly displayed for the first time.

The 3D display product of the space station assembly combines the model and the VR (virtual reality) technology demonstration, including two parts of the robot arm roaming outside the cabin and the interactive roaming inside the cabin. You can experience the work and life scenes of the astronauts on the space station. .

The China Space Station has three cabins: Tianhe Core Module, Wentian Experimental Module, and Mengtian Experimental Module as the basic configuration.

Among them, the core module, as the space station assembly, controls and manages the main sub-modules, and has the ability to rendezvous and dock, transposition and berth, long-term crew stay, astronauts out of the cabin, and guarantee space scientific experiments.

Wentian and Mengtian experimental cabins are both used as support cabins to support large-scale internal and external space scientific experiments and technical test loads.

At the same time, the Wentian experimental cabin, as a combination to control and manage the backup section, has the ability to move out of the cabin, and the Mengtian experimental cabin has the ability to automatically enter and exit the cabin.

According to the plan, the Chinese space station will be completed around 2022.

Following the Tianhe core module, the Wentian experimental module and the Mengtian experimental module will be launched at an opportunity to carry out the on-orbit assembly and construction of the basic configuration of the space station.

After the completion of the space station, the volume will reach 100 tons.

The successful completion of the two missions of the Shenzhou 12 astronauts has made the manipulator of the core module of the Chinese Space Station the focus of international attention.

According to reports, the core module manipulator is currently the most complex, largest, and most precise space intelligent machinery manufacturing system among similar aerospace products. It is mainly responsible for the transposition of the cabin, the astronauts exiting the cabin, the handling of cargo outside the cabin, and the outside of the cabin. Eight types of on-orbit tasks including condition inspection and maintenance of large-scale equipment outside the cabin.
