The suspicions against Östersund municipality have been about work environment crimes, including causing another person's death and causing bodily injury.
In the municipality's response to the prosecutor, the municipality now acknowledges that there were shortcomings in the handling that led to the fatal accident, and that it accepts that a fine is imposed on the municipality.
