The high school student, major, filmed assaulting his teacher when he wanted to leave class will be tried this Wednesday in immediate appearance for violence, said Béatrice Angelelli, the prosecutor of Melun (Seine-et-Marne).

Following a complaint from the teacher, the Melun prosecutor's office on Monday opened an investigation for violence with aggravating circumstances, because committed against a teacher and in a school establishment.
The investigation was entrusted to the Melun police station.
