11 October 2021 A 77-year-old businessman died after falling from the roof of one of the warehouses of his companies in the industrial area of Maniago (Pordenone).
His lifeless body was discovered this morning, around 6am, when the first workers arrived for work.
According to a reconstruction, the elderly man would have climbed on the roof yesterday, because he wanted to make an inspection to verify an alleged water leak.
From what has been learned, a portion of the skylight gave way and the man fell a few meters, dying instantly.
Investigations by the Carabinieri and the Inspectors of the Western Friuli Health Authority.
