Thus, inequality, depending on money, arises already in kindergartens, ”he stressed.
Karis noted that this is "the first bottleneck that can affect the future of Russian-speaking children in Estonia."
The previously elected President of Estonia spoke about education in Russian.
He also spoke about his intention to communicate with Russian-speaking residents of the country in Russian.
