Navarra registered this Monday at 10:45 p.m. an
earthquake of magnitude 3.6 degrees
that has been felt in some 40 towns, most of them in the surroundings of
Pamplona
and its region.
The seismic movement has had its epicenter in the
Egüés Valley
with a depth of 5 kilometers, according to the National Geographic Institute.
The earthquake has been felt in Aranguren, Artica, Lizarraga de Izagaondoa, Urroz-Villa, Alzuza, Egüés, Gorraiz, Ansoáin, Aoiz, Arce, Ardanaz, Arre, Badostáin, Barañáin, Beriáin, Berriosuso, Burlada, Burutain, Ekai de Lónguida, Elcano, Huarte, Labiano, Mutilva Alta, Mutilva Baja, Noain, Olaz, Olloki, Orkoien, Pamplona, Sangüesa, Sarriguren, Torres (Elorz Valley), Villava, Zabalegui, Zandio, Zizur Mayor, Zuriain, Agorreta, Cizur Menor, Erro and Unzué.
Minutes after this earthquake, at 23:02, there was another seismic movement of 3.1 degrees, with an epicenter in
Lizoain
and 5 kilometers deep.
