It was around midnight on the night of Saturday to Sunday when a tragedy occurred in the city center of Servon-sur-Vilaine, east of Rennes.

Wanting to return home, a 67-year-old motorist took the ramp to access his underground parking lot.

The car then struck an individual who was lying on the access road to the parking lot.

The 65-year-old victim died before help arrived.

An investigation, entrusted to the Vitré gendarmerie company, was opened to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.
