Two men were arrested in Ambilly (Haute-Savoie) by the police in Annemasse.

They are involved in a theft committed on September 30 at around 5 a.m. in Geneva, Switzerland,

Two ATVs and a scooter were stolen by three people.

The facts were first reported by the Geneva police.

Due to its proximity, the French police were also notified and a mixed patrol was formed.

One hour after the alert, two of the three wanted thieves were arrested in a squat located in Ambilly.

One of the two bikes as well as the scooter were found there.

The two suspects are currently imprisoned in France.

They will then be extradited to Switzerland.

One of them was already known to the police.

The third suspect is currently wanted and an investigation has been opened.

On its Twitter account, the national police 74 welcomed this operation, which was particularly successful "thanks to Franco-Swiss cooperation".
