It is art student Isak Nygren who has placed a pram out in the Ume River.

He has a permit for his artwork and he has been in contact with the police and rescue service - as the pram is empty and he does not want his art to steal time from the blue light staff, something VK was the first to tell.

- I do not want it to take time from the alarm center, I have told them that if it becomes too much, I will remove it, he says.

Inspiration from previous art projects

Isak Nygren tells SVT Västerbotten that the aesthetics of his artwork are inspired by the previous art project - the yellow pram - by the artist Johannes Samuelsson who was photographed around Umeå.

The pram documents with its camera for several weeks - until week 44 when the pram is allowed to come up on dry land again.

In the clip above, Isak Nygren talks about his artwork.
