The municipalities where condominium prices have increased the most in the past year are Åre with 30 percent, followed by Härjedalen with 23 percent.

The national average for the price development for condominiums in the past year is 7 percent, which means that Jämtland has a much stronger price development.

In addition to the price development for condominiums, the same for holiday homes in Jämtland is the strongest since 2015. In the past year, prices have increased by 22 percent, second most in the whole country.

It is above the national average where there has been an increase of 15 percent.

The municipality in Jämtland where the prices of holiday homes have increased the most is Härjedalen by 27 percent.

Unclear trend for house prices

House prices have developed in the opposite direction over the past three months and in the county they have fallen by almost 2 percent.

On the other hand, house prices have risen by 11 percent if you look at the whole of the past year.
