Hamdan bin Mohammed: Giving priority in allocating residential lands to members of the same family to live within the same area
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, has
approved giving priority in allocating residential land for members of the same family to live within the same area.
His Highness said, in his official account on Twitter: "Within the housing programs for citizens in Dubai and based on the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, we have today approved giving priority in allocating residential land for members of the same family to live within the same area."
His Highness added in a second tweet, "Today we also approved the start of creating a unified platform through which citizens can exchange grants, lands and housing units among themselves... to bring families closer... and to facilitate regional transfers for citizen families... and we announce to citizens that housing programs and policies are the subject of continuous follow-up by Muhammad." Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.”
