09 October 2021 From 15 October the Green pass will become mandatory in both private and public workplaces. A measure that, as easily imaginable, concerns a large segment of the population: an estimated 23 million Italians. And if with regard to the public administration, Minister Brunetta and Minister of Health Speranza have developed the operational guidelines for a homogeneous carrying out of the activities of verification and control of possession of the green certification, the situation in the other areas is less clear.

The green certification is automatically generated and made available free of charge for those who have taken at least one dose of the vaccine, have tested negative for a molecular swab in the last 72 hours or a rapid antigen test in the previous 48 hours, or have recovered from Covid in the six previous months.

The green pass is also available for those with only one dose of the vaccine. For those who have received a dose of sera that require two, the certification will be generated from the 12th day after administration and will be valid from the 15th day until the next dose. In the case of single-dose vaccines, the certification will be generated from the 15th day after administration and will be valid for 12 months, while for the recovered the certification will be generated within the following day and will be valid for 180 days (6 months).

Salvini: "Extend the minimum duration of the Green Pass"

"Extending the minimum duration of the Green Pass from 48 to 72 hours is possible, indeed a duty and foreseen by Europe. Avoiding chaos, blocks and layoffs on October 15 is essential".

The leader of the League, Matteo Salvini, writes on Twitter.

Fedriga: "Government intervenes to avoid chaos"

"To prevent chaos in the workplace from 15 October, with the obligation of the Green Pass," the government must intervene promptly, to allow businesses to organize themselves. "Massimiliano said in an interview with La Stampa Fedriga, Northern League president of Friuli Venezia Giulia and of the Conference of Regions. Zaia's request to authorize companies to self-administer rapid nasal tests "is certainly a useful proposal to evaluate", he comments. road, however, we must do it soon ". Other requests such as extending the duration of the tampon, from 48 to 72 hours, and the 'political' price for taking the test. These are solutions" to be carefully considered, if the government has others we are ready to confront ".

Regarding the enlargement of the capacity decided by the government "with 35% the reopening was not economically sustainable, with at least 50% the activities breathe and do not go at a loss, although they cannot obtain the legitimate gain they would have with full capacity . We hope to get there soon. "

Now a "timely response" is needed to allow the organization of activities for the ski season "just around the corner".
