09 October 2021 After 75% of the votes were counted, the party of the outgoing premier, Andrej Babiš, the populist movement Ano (Action of the Disgruntled Citizen), is in the lead with 28.9% of the votes.

Yesterday and today the Czech Republic has renewed the 200 seats in the lower house.



This is followed by the moderate Spolu coalition, led by Petr Fiala (Together, formed by the Civic Democrats Ods, Top 09 and Christian Democrats Kdu-Csl), with 25.6% and the cartel of Ivan Bartoš, leader of the Pirates, Mayors and Independents ( PirStan), with 14.4%.



Before the elections Babiš led a minority government in alliance with the Social Democrats (Čssd) and the support of the Communist Party (Ksčm).
