“The Investigation Department is investigating a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under paragraph“ g ”of Part 2 of Art.
117 of the Criminal Code of Russia (torture) in relation to a 38-year-old man, ”the message says.
As noted, as a result of the investigation, the man was detained.
"According to the investigation, the accused from October 2017 to October 2021, acting on the basis of long-standing personal hostility towards a boy born in 2007, who is the son of his wife, while in the apartment of one of the houses on Workers' Boulevard, repeatedly beat the latter," added to the UK.
In relation to the man, a preventive measure was taken in the form of detention.
Earlier in Nadym (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug), officers of the Investigative Committee found those involved in the beating of a 12-year-old boy with disabilities.
