Former US President Donald Trump is no longer rich enough to be included in Forbes magazine's list of the 400 richest Americans.

His fortune is currently estimated at about $2.5 billion, making him $400 million less than the limit set for his inclusion in this year's list, the magazine said on Tuesday.

Last year (2020), Trump ranked 339th in the ranking, but Forbes said that he did not catch up with any of the top 400 this year, as his wealth has decreased by $600 million since the beginning of the pandemic.

According to the magazine, technology stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other assets have boomed in the Corona era.

Forbes wrote that "property in major cities - which make up the bulk of Trump's fortune - has weakened, removing the former president from the most exclusive club in the country."

Trump has been on the list every year since 1996, starting with his 368th occupation. From 1997 to 2016 - the year he was elected - he found himself in the top half of the list.

However, his decline began in 2016, and since then Trump has continued to decline in the rankings, before he has now fallen off the list altogether.
