"Today, there is not a single constituent entity of the federation where events with more than three thousand participants can be held, and events up to 500 people are allowed in 48 constituent entities," Rospotrebnadzor said on Instagram.
It is noted that decisions on the possibility of holding mass events are made by the heads of the regions when certain epidemic indicators are achieved.
Earlier, the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova said that the situation with COVID-19 in Russia is "really extremely tense."
