This is stated in the draft resolution of the CEC.
"To transfer vacant deputy mandates to registered candidates for the State Duma from the federal list of candidates nominated by the United Russia party," follows from the resolution.
The mandate of Vladimir Lvovich Mashkov is considered vacant.
The list of those to whom mandates are transferred includes the director of the State Museum A.S.
Pushkin Bogatyrev Evgeny Anatolyevich.
Earlier, the CEC handed over to Mashkov the Duma mandate, which he got from the director of the State Theater of Nations Maria Revyakina.
