The media spokesman for the Qassim region police in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Lt. Col. Badr Al-Suhaibani, stated that the competent security authorities were able to identify a Saudi citizen in his second decade of life, who appeared in a video clip, who committed several traffic violations represented in driving a vehicle without plates, and driving recklessly. High speed, and the installation of equipment similar to the security equipment, on one of the public roads in Buraidah, in addition to documenting and publishing his violation through a social networking site, and the violating vehicle was brought and impounded.
Al-Suhaibani stressed that installing equipment in private vehicles that is similar to the equipment of official vehicles and emergency vehicles, is in violation of the traffic regulations, and exposes the owner and user of the vehicle to legal accountability.
