Myanmar State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi will attend the hearing in late October to testify in his defense

  On October 5th, local time, the lawyer team of Myanmar State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi told the media that Aung San Suu Kyi will attend the hearing in Nay Pyi Taw on October 26 and testify in his defense.

  Aung San Suu Kyi’s lawyer, Wu Chin Munzo, said that the three lawyers of the team attended the court of Zebu Dirui in Nay Pyi Taw on the morning of October 5. Section 505 hearings for "incitement" cases.

The defense has no other witnesses. Wen Min and Aung San Suu Kyi will appear in court on October 12 and 26 respectively and testify in their defense.

  On the same day, Wu Qin Mangjo also applied to the court to reduce the frequency of hearings on behalf of Aung San Suu Kyi for health reasons, changing the hearings held twice a week to twice every two weeks.

Wu Qin Manzo added: “She is not sick, but she is a little tired.” The hospital is expected to respond to this request on October 12.
