Borsellino quater, all convictions confirmed on appeal

05 October 2021 Life imprisonment for the bosses Salvatore Madonia and Vittorio Tutino, yes to the convictions of the false collaborators of justice Calogero Pulci and Francesco Andriotta for slander: this is the final sentence pronounced by the Supreme Court which, this evening, confirmed the decision issued by the Court of 'assizes of appeal of Caltanissetta in November 2019 in the Borsellino quater trial.
If for Pulci the sentence of 10 years of imprisonment was confirmed, for Andriotta - sentenced on appeal to 10 years - the judges of the 'Palazzaccio' have ordered only a slight penalty discount, equal to 4 months, absolving him from an episode of slander against Vincenzo Scarantino, and declaring other episodes of slander still prescribed, always referring to Scarantino.
