“The Moscow government has decided to allocate additional funds to combat the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
The decree on this issue was signed by the mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, ”TASS reports.
It is noted that more than 500 million rubles will be allocated for the procurement, processing, storage and safety of donated blood and its components.
In addition, almost 90 million rubles will be allocated for payments to donors for donating plasma with antibodies.
Earlier, virologist Alexander Chepurnov announced the benefits of donating blood with antibodies for plasma donors.
