Egg-like object thrown at French President Macron

The young man threw an egg-like object at the head of state, made a protest gesture and shouted: "Long live the revolution!"

He was detained by security officers.

According to the publication, Macron asked his employees to speak with the attacker in order to understand his motives.

Earlier, Emmanuel Macron announced plans to create a "center of excellence".
