Content creator earns half a billion views on YouTube

The Bahraini content creator, Omar Farouk, reviewed during a session entitled “The Inspirational Speech” the impact of four human experiences that he presented on his YouTube channel on audience interaction and awareness.

He stressed that communicating with the masses through social networking sites provides sympathy and psychological, moral and humanitarian support to peoples, noting that the four experiences he undertook garnered more than half a billion views on “YouTube”, and the first was in prison in Kuwait in 2019, and the second experiment in Mecca during performing The rituals of Umrah in Ramadan 2017, the third experiment was at Bahrain Customs, where he played the role of a customs officer, and the fourth experiment was at the port of Beirut 2020.

He said, “The prison experience was a message to society and young people in particular, by raising awareness of what would happen to them if life led them there, starting from reaching court and alternative punishments, to the life change they face.

As for the experience of Mecca, it was a pilgrimage, as we photographed a young man with special needs serving himself in the Great Mosque of Mecca and the help he finds from those around him.

It was one of the most important spiritual and human messages that I gave in my life.”

He continued, "In 2019, we presented a media campaign, to convey the message of the customs officer in bearing the responsibility of protecting youth and society from entering any materials that harm society."

As for the Beirut experience, it was in the year 2020, when the Beirut explosion led Omar Farouk to Lebanon, carrying only the camera and psychological support. During the trip, a group of Lebanese met, and the scenes of destruction that affected the houses were filmed.
