According to the agency, Iran allowed inspectors to replace memory cards in most equipment, as agreed on Sept. 12, but did not allow this to happen in a laboratory producing centrifuge components at the TESA Karaj complex. , contrary to what was disclosed in the joint statement of 12 September last: "The IAEA inspectors are allowed to repair the identified equipment and replace their storage media, which will be kept under the joint seal of the IAEA and AEOI (the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, ed) in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The ways and times are agreed by the two sides ".
