He also confirmed the organization's readiness to provide the necessary assistance, including for citizens affected by the conflict.
According to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Azerbaijan and Armenia need to significantly moderate their rhetoric towards each other in the interests of a final peace settlement.
