“While the investigation continues, I want to reassure the parents, students and staff at Dunmore High School that we do not see an active threat existing.
We're glad this conspiracy was uncovered before anyone got hurt, ”said District Attorney Mark Powell.
The children were found to have Molotov cocktails, which were used for making bombs with appropriate instructions and a list of weapons with prices.
