INTERVIEW

A great fan of cooking, actress and director Zabou Breitman delivered her culinary secrets to the microphone of Europe 1 this Saturday.

Lulled by gastronomy from a young age, the actress still remembers the first dish she cooked in life: pork chops served with pickles for a touch of acidity.

Or the frying accompanied by homemade mayonnaise that his father prepared after a day of fishing.

Good cooking is simple cooking

Always in simplicity, Zabou Breitman also spoke about her favorite dish that she could take to a desert island.

"When I was in Tahiti, I only ate one thing: sweet potato with coconut milk, ginger, fresh white tuna and fresh coconut," recalls the actress.

"I only ate that. I think I liked it so much that it's a dish I could eat every day on a desert island," she says.

"By being curious, we can cook inexpensive dishes"

Zabou Breitman wanted to send a message to listeners about the kitchen.

"I think it's very important to know that you can cook for not very expensive. You absolutely must not forget that you can cook, even drink good wines that are not very expensive. By being curious, you can cook a variety of dishes that are not expensive, ”she recalled.
