The alarm about the accident was received shortly after 11 o'clock on Saturday.
Police, rescue services and an ambulance were sent to the scene.
According to the police, the accident must have taken place in connection with a home.
The child who was hit by the wall was taken to hospital in Kristianstad.
At present, there is no information about the damage situation.
