A few days ago, former US President George W. Bush was subjected to a violent attack by a US soldier who had previously participated in the US invasion of Iraq, and the soldier named Mike Pressner demanded the former US president apologize for killing one million Iraqis.

This happened during George Bush's participation in a public meeting held in the city of Long Beach, western United States.

The former soldier, a political activist, accused the former US president of lying about Iraq's possession of weapons of mass destruction, and the link of the late Iraqi president Saddam Hussein's regime to the attacks of September 11, 2001, which was adopted by Al-Qaeda, which are the justifications given by the administration of George W. Bush for the invasion of Iraq and the overthrow of Saddam's regime Hussain.

"You lied about weapons of mass destruction, and (Iraq) was connected to the events of September 11, and you lied about it posing a threat."

Bush tried to interrupt the former US soldier, who was yelling at him, saying, "Sit down and behave with respect," but the former soldier continued his verbal attack by saying, "You sent me to Iraq and killed my friends, my friends died because you lied.

Pressner tried to list the names of his friends, the soldiers who were killed during the American war on Iraq, but the private security personnel forcibly removed him from the hall that hosted the meeting last Sunday, amid applause for the courage of Mike Pressner.
