Twelve percent of those surveyed in Uppsala County answered yes to that question.
At the national level, the figure is seven percent.
- It is completely unacceptable that a Swedish authority fails to make decisions due to threats, says Tomas Odin.
Last year, 26 threatening situations were reported against social secretaries in Uppsala municipality.
This means an increase since 2019 when 18 incidents were reported.
In 2021, the threats have decreased, which the municipality believes may be due to the pandemic.
They are now actively working to stop undue influence.
