The doctoral student was employed several years ago and the department has for a long time worked with her behavior and health.

It appears from the application that the university has sent to the University's separation committee, where it is requested that the doctoral student be separated from his / her education.

Among other things, the woman is said to have slept over on the university's premises and threatened to kill a colleague, who for a period was forced to carry security alarms.

The university has tried to help women through, among other things, occupational health care.

But she has not appeared on booked visits.

In March this year, the woman was convicted of threatening three people she met by chance out on the town.

As she was judged to be suffering from a serious mental disorder after an examination, she was sentenced to forensic psychiatric care with a special discharge examination.

Got to speak for himself

When it became clear that the university wanted to stop the doctoral student from continuing her education, she had to speak for herself.

Then she emphasized that she is mentally stable and that she does not pose a danger to any other person.

But the University's Separation Board has now decided that the doctoral student may not continue his education.

She may also not continue - or be admitted to - any other higher education.

The motivation is that she may damage another person or the university's property due to her mental disorder.

The decision that she may not continue her education can be appealed to the administrative court.

The university does not want to comment on the specific case, but in the clip above, the head of security comments on the fact that they have turned to the dismissal committee.
