It is noted that five members of an interregional criminal community were detained in the Moscow, Rostov, Astrakhan regions and the Krasnodar Territory.
The ministry added that "among them is the organizer of the production and distribution of drugs, coordinating illegal activities from the territory of Turkey."
In August, Kryminform reported that the security forces had liquidated an underground laboratory for the production of synthetic drugs, operating in the Krasnoperekopsky region of Crimea.
