The EU has changed the list of countries with which you can open external borders

This is stated in a press release from the EU Council.

The previous version added Chile, Kuwait and Rwanda.

Moldova left the list, as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On September 9, it was reported that Poland had allowed entry to Ukrainian tourists.
