Fernando Villén, who was the head of the Faffe -the public foundation to train the Andalusian unemployed- used the public funds of the entity to satisfy "his lubricious desires" and his "vices", he spent 32,566 euros in his particular route of brothels in Andalusia and then tried to hide it by falsifying the accounting.

That is, in summary, the conclusion reached by the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office after the investigation that, in recent years, the Civil Guard has carried out on behalf of the Court of Instruction 6 of Seville. The evidence that has been gathered proves, in the opinion of the Public Ministry, that Villén was able to commit an alleged continuing crime of embezzlement of public funds and another of falsehood and therefore asks for a conviction for the one who was also Secretary of Employment in the regional executive of the PSOE six years in jail.

Anti-corruption, in a very harsh qualifying letter, adds to the request for prison for Villén, a fine of 7,200 euros and six years of disqualification from any public office and directs his accusation, in addition, against the right-hand man of the former director of the Faffe, the Financial Director, Anna Valls, for whom he is also requesting six years in prison, as many disqualification and a fine of 6,000 euros.

The role of Valls - to which Villén shielded his contract - is key for the Prosecutor's Office, since together with his boss they simulated a plan to hide the expenses in the brothels that Villén made with the credit cards that he had for his position.

Between them, they falsified the foundation's accounting numbers and pretended that this money was returned or justified with false expenses, such as meals or travel allowances.
