Zhang Yanlei, male, Han nationality, was born in June 1953 in Tai'an, Shandong, with a tertiary education.
Joined the work in December 1969 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1971.
From December 1969 to July 1995, he served as a soldier and squad leader of a certain unit, secretary of Xuzhou Sewing Machine Factory, Xuzhou Light Industry Bureau, Xuzhou Tobacco Branch, section chief, assistant to the director, and deputy director of Xuzhou Cigarette Factory;
From July 1995 to January 1996, he served as the director and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing Cigarette Factory, and the manager of Nanjing Tobacco Company;
