“This morning, negotiations ended in success and a civilian plane took off from the airport in Kabul,” the agency said in a Facebook post.
It is noted that there are about 100 people on board.
Presumably, the plane will arrive in Kiev within 24 hours.
Earlier, State Department spokesman Ned Price said that the Qatar Airways plane had evacuated 28 US citizens from Kabul.
