The process is automated and the pensioner does not need to do anything to receive the allowance.
It is noted that the acquisition of seniority in the North or dismissal from work is not tied to fixed dates throughout the year and is set for pensioners when appropriate circumstances occur.
Payments in this case will be recalculated from the new month.
Earlier, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Russia Anton Kotyakov announced the indexation of insurance pensions in 2022 by 5.9%.
The Federation Council called a step forward the possibility of automatic accrual of benefits from 2022.
