Earlier, members of the US House of Representatives Rules Committee approved an amendment to the defense budget for the next fiscal year, which recommends the country's administration to consider the possibility of sanctions against Russian businessmen, journalists and politicians.

The list includes 35 Russians, including the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, CEC Chairperson Ella Pamfilova and Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko.
