As TASS writes with reference to the press service of the fleet, the exercises took place according to the combat training plan against the background of joint exercises of the ships of the Crimean and Novorossiysk naval bases of the Black Sea Fleet taking place in the Black Sea.
During the exercise, tasks were worked out for the detection and destruction of training naval targets with the implementation of launches of anti-ship missiles at the Opuk training ground in the Crimea.
It is noted that unmanned aerial vehicles were used to track the ships of the imaginary enemy at the distant lines of destruction.
Earlier, exercises aimed at practicing actions to prevent a terrorist attack were held at a gas production platform in the Black Sea.
