According to the UK, on September 22, at about 18:00 in the city of Gubkinsky, on the territory of the industrial zone of a commercial enterprise, "during the performance of technical work inside a trailed tank barrel, cotton of a steam-air mixture occurred without subsequent combustion."
As a result of the emergency, a worker who was carrying out work inside the tank died.
A man outside was also injured.
A criminal case was initiated under part 2 of article 216 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of safety rules during construction or other work, resulting in the death of a person by negligence).
