On many occasions, the individual had exhibited his sex or had masturbated in front of children near schools in the municipalities of Séné, Saint-Avé, Theix-Noyalo and Muzillac.
A robot portrait was then distributed in these municipalities to try to identify the exhibitionist, who had been filmed by a father.
It is a shopkeeper who had recognized the individual, in particular thanks to his tattoo, and allowed his arrest.
Indicted and placed under judicial control, the thirty-something, who has already been convicted of similar facts, has since reoffended by showing his penis in front of a young interim of his company.
The court sentenced him to 23 months in prison, four of which were suspended, as well as a socio-judicial follow-up of ten years.
He will also have to compensate his young victims.
