President Moon also expressed interest in the Vietnamese authorities' support and cooperation in establishing a Korea-Vietnam health and vaccine partnership, establishing a disease prevention and management system to strengthen Vietnam's disease response capabilities, and a phase 3 clinical trial for a vaccine that a Korean company is preparing in Vietnam. mentioned about.

President Phuc expressed his appreciation for Korea's investment in Vietnam in the fields of biotechnology, medicine, advanced technology, defense and security, saying, "I look forward to a comprehensive partnership between Korea and Vietnam and cooperation based on mutual trust."

The two leaders agreed to upgrade bilateral relations next year to mark the 30th anniversary of diplomatic ties.
