The images provided by an inhabitant of

Morón de la Frontera

correspond to a party organized by the D'Arte pub in the town's bullring on Saturday, September 11, coinciding with the dates on which the municipal fair used to be organized. before the Covid.

In the poster in which they had announced the event, the organizers established mandatory safety regulations that, according to the images, were not met.

These included the use of masks "at all times" except when consuming, maintaining a safe distance, behaving appropriately or staying at tables of maximum 10 people.

One of the party goers (who prefers to remain anonymous) assures that, "although at first the customers had to be at their tables to respect the measures imposed by the Covid, as you can see in the videos they were hands".

In addition, he assures that some of the attendees (among whom he was) decided to leave when they saw "the madness" in which the event had become.

The municipality is currently on

alert level 1

, so nightlife is allowed until 3:30 am and dancing as well, but only outdoors and with a mask.

In any case, on September 11, when the events took place, the town had not yet passed to this level, so dancing was still prohibited.

From the Town Hall of the town, Manuel Escalante, the Security and Mobility delegate, assures that, seeing too much commotion around the square, "the National Police automatically went and spoke with the organizers because they were not complying with what was planned, it was that people were on tables and high stools. It called the attention of people to put themselves in their place, "he says.

Later, he assures that the party

continued normally

and, a posteriori, they summoned the organizers at Headquarters.

"There they were warned of the consequences that this could have. Everything was a warning for the following holidays because they were very collaborative and there were no incidents again," he adds.

They also insist that

the party was completely legal

since the pub had previously requested permission from the town council to be able to organize an event in the bullring and had presented the aforementioned plan of Covid measures, which was later not complied with.
