  It is understood that citizens of any country entering Argentina can be exempted from compulsory epidemic prevention and quarantine measures if they meet the specific conditions of “no need for epidemic prevention and quarantine measures” stipulated in Administrative Resolution No. 846/2021.

The required conditions are as follows:

  -The reason for travel must be a business trip;

  -The traveler has a complete vaccination certificate for the new crown pneumonia;

  -Travelers need to submit a negative certificate of the new coronavirus nucleic acid test within 72 hours before the flight departure time;

  -Travelers need to undergo a new coronavirus antigen test at Ezeiza International Airport after the flight has landed and the result must be negative;

  -Travelers need to go to the government designated agency for nucleic acid test on the 5th and 10th day after arriving in Afghanistan, and the result must be negative.
