He was in a state of absolute emergency when he was transferred.

Thirteen firefighters, in five vehicles, were also dispatched to the scene.

The police have set up a security perimeter and blocked traffic in the neighborhood to allow help to treat the small victim.

The parents of the child, in shock, were also taken care of by the firefighters.
