The corresponding decree was published on the portal of legal information.
“To appoint Vukolov Vsevolod Lvovich as Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation,” the text says.
This decree comes into force from the date of signing.
Earlier, Putin appointed Colonel-General Alexander Chupriyan, the interim head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, who holds the post of first deputy head of the department.
