Rescue services, police and even an ambulance helicopter participated in the rescue work.
At 17:30, Västra Skaraborg's rescue service stated on its Twitter that a person had been found and taken ashore with unclear damage.
Just before half past seven, the police announced that one person had died.
According to the SOS alarm, there was a lot of electricity at the site.
There are no criminal suspicions.
