- In the show, the children get to meet Esther's father who says that girls do not belong at universities and that women are not intelligent enough to work as doctors and for today's 8-year-olds this is of course incomprehensible, says drama teacher Malin Larsson.

The specially written interactive play began to be shown as early as 2019, but then came the pandemic and then there was a break.

But now the drama educators and the play's two actors Jenny Thornéus and Malin Larsson are back as part of Umeå municipality's initiative Creative School.

- We want as many as possible to have the chance to see this interactive performance and we are very happy that we again get the chance to play for the audience.

After all, it is this year that we celebrate that it is 100 years since women went to the polls for the first time, says Jenny Thornéus.

In the video you hear what the students Lova and Douglas thought about the play.
