On 19 August this year, staff had received tips that the person concerned had not been seen for a while and also had not opened the door when knocked.

Together with the police, staff went to the apartment and got in touch with the person who turned out to be without food in the home.

Then a decision was made that the person would receive help with so-called food distribution and the decision was implemented on the same day.

But for some reason, the papers about the food distribution were sent to the wrong unit and on September 9 - 21 days after the last time they had been in contact with the person - they began to suspect trouble.

Once again, they went to the apartment with the police and the person was then found dead in their home.

According to Lex Sarah, the social administration in Gällivare is now reporting the matter.
